OPI Brazil Collection

Here are my picks from the OPI Spring 2014 Brazil collection. It is a very pretty creme based collection, but ultimately only 3 stuck out to me.

AmazON…AmazOFF

got a little artsy with this one, love this polish with this bracelet.
For this one I doubled up on base coat, I haven't heard much about this being a stainer but judging by the teal color of this polish I wanted to be careful. This polish reminds me why OPI has always been my favorite mainstream brand. Its a perfect crelly formula that stays exactly where you put it. Thin but not runny. Just amazing. This is 3 thin coats.

Post removal I did not have any staining on my nails or cuticles.. Color me impressed.

Don't Bossa Nova Me Around
An opaque pinky nude that was flawless in 2 coats. I love how this color looks against my pale, cool toned skin. It is a great neutral with a little brightness to avoid looking too stark.

Live. Love. Carnival

Bold, bright and incredibly opaque.  With more careful application this could easily be a one coater.  This bold coral color pulls pretty pink toned on me, but I have no complaints about that! I think this will be a polish I keep coming back to over the spring and summer.

Swatch is 2 coats no top coat! Look at that amazing shine.

Have you picked up any colors from this collection? Let me know in the comments :)

Chanel Taboo

I'll let the pictures do the talking today, here is Chanel Taboo. Its clear from looking at it why this became such a cult favorite so quickly.

This is 2 perfect coats. Deep inky blue base full of reddish golden toned flakes. It takes on an all over glowy purple sheen.
in the shade you can see the deep, inky base better.

Saturday Spam- Glitter Accents

Since buying OPI I Snow You Love Me, I have been addicted to adding a piece of glitter to the base of my manis for a little extra sparkle.  I love the subtle, sexy sparkle that the extra glitter adds. I feel super classy with this kind of mani.

Saturday Spam- Chanel

Since its technically still winter, though you wouldn't be able to tell from the stunning warm weather we've been having in LA all year (minus the rain that is happening this very day… bad timing haha), I decided to showcase my favorite dark vampy Chanels.

Cosmic- my favorite Chanel that I own
3 perfect coats of this black jelly full of silvery glass flecks.

Malice
A blackened red jelly base full of red micro shimmer- not your traditional hidden shimmer chanel polish.  3 coats.

Rouge Noir
A rich, glossy burgundy crelly polish. 3 coats to reach desired opacity and deepness.

Paradoxal
A medium putty greige base with a bright purple shimmer. 3 coats

Magic
Deep dusty teal based blue. Creamy opaque amazing formula. 2 coats

Blue Satin
The most amazing creamy opaque formula. This is one flawless coat!  Deep navy blue base with a brighter blue shimmer.
